ALEVTINA GORSKAYA
ABOUT ME
I started to think about architecture as a teenager. At that time I was living in the small Siberian town Zelenogorsk: a grayish town with concrete walls in Khrushchev’s style. Living around neutral blocks of total similarity made me feel disharmony inside. Later on, this disharmony became a source of inspiration. My dream was to start creating beauty out of simple things and to be able to deliver it to people. By doing my work well, I make a change and improve my surroundings.
I graduated from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Architecture and Fine Arts with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2010. However, I have made most of my working experience as an interior designer.
My work involves architecture and interior design of residential houses, office buildings, common areas and fitness centers. I apply techniques of sustainable design and create functional and comfortable workspaces for the people who use them.
My professional career reflects my participation in different Russian and international competitions, where I was presented with over 10 diplomas.
In 2014 I moved to the Czech Republic, where yet another inspiring stage of my career has begun. On a freelance basis I work on web & graphic design. It is in this occupation that I started to work with international customers.
From this diverse work palette I have gained professional knowledge and invaluable practical skills on the purpose of making a life-quality change for my customers.
